Congratulations to my cousin, Allan Roldan Calagui, for being able to finish college (BS Nursing) with flying colors, at the University of Perpetual Help System - Biñan Campus.
You really deserve the Josefina L. Tamayo Leadership Award that you received on your graduation day.
