Avida Towers Centera's 3D Street Painting Festival's Winners Revealed

On March 19, 2011, winners of the Avida Centera's 3D Street Painting Festival, held at EDSA corner Reliance St., Mandaluyong City, were revealed during the event's culmination activity at the Megatent Events Venue, Pasig City.

The lucky groups who won the top three places, and their entries, are:

Third Place: "Metropolis Mania"

by 4:20, College of Fine Arts students from UP Diliman

Second Place: "Connected and Green"

by the STYCON (Style Concept) Group

And the grand winner is:

First Place: "Greater Access to Convergence"

by Guhit Sudlungan of the PUP Sta. Mesa, Manila

This festival aimed to feature amateurs and professional artists and showcase their talents and creativity, in the form of 3D street painting. Guided by the theme, "Fast-forward: Life at the Center of the Metropolis," I can say that this event was a big step for the Filipino artists to succeed in their field.
