Once again, summer is here, but I am not so excited about it, as I am still worrying about my pending subject units in Certificate and Teaching Program (CTP) at the Philippine Normal University. It has been long overdue, as I started taking the course sometime in 2005, and until now, I have not finished it yet. I do not know but I just do not feel motivated to finish it anymore. Maybe the teaching profession is not really meant for me.
However, I am not stopping to find ways to improve myself. As I have mentioned in my previous post, I am planning to take an online course in communication, if in case time would not allow me to enroll in a regular class this coming June. I always believe that a Master’s degree is an advantage to step up a notch higher, in terms of professional development. It makes a person more effective and efficient in his or her delivery of service.
However, there are just some reasons why I don’t have to rush, e.g. travel schedules, social events, part-time jobs, lack of inspiration, to get this thing done. Until now, I do not know what I really want to be. I am still confused with my goals, just like when I was graduating in high school, when still did not know what undergraduate course to take.
I am a dreamer, but not a planner. I love to live life one at a time and just go with the flow. Nobody knows, perhaps I am really meant to be an online facilitator of SSAT tutoring. Now I am back to the teaching profession. Is this a sign?
