I Survived Another 5k Race for the Walk The World 2011

Once again, I survived the 5k category of the Walk The World—just like last year, only faster now. It's not only a record to break, but also a contribution to the UN World Food Programme's effort to feed the children in Mindanao. This is not about winning the race, but about winning a battle against hunger, against poverty, against deprivation.

The race was about to start and I were to run all by myself
I survived 5k onto the Finish Line
With Edwin and Flow
With K-La, 3rd runner-up of Sharon Cuneta's Star Power
With Hon. Gilbert Remulla
UN World Food Programme ambassador of goodwill, KC Concepcion was there
With Vince Hizon
With Patricia Bermudez-Hizon
Albie, I, and Edel with Mr. Richard Gomez
With Lola Bloggers, Mee-i and Edel (Wish you were here: Audrey, Monique, & Abbie)
This is another success for the Filipino people. We all deserve a round of applause. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas at ang mga tumulong upang maisakatuparan ang adhikaing ng UN-WFP!
