Aside from my online general merchandise business, which is being promoted on Facebook and eBay, I also began offering car rental for Metro Manila and South Luzon trips—just like other business-minded people who offer car rentals online, one of which is the Limo Hire Liverpool in United Kingdom. This way, I can earn extra income to support my monthly car mortgage.
So this is my small car for rent.
I believe that having my car rented to respectable clients will not make it a liability, instead an income-generating property. Actually, I already have my first client from Sulit.com. Our negotiation has just finished but I am still waiting for the down payment so we can close the deal. She rented us for a wedding—and my car will be used as the service of the groom and his parents from the hotel to the church, to the reception venue and back to the hotel. I just pray everything will work out well and smoothly.
Of course, I will not sacrifice the condition of the vehicle. Approved deals will only be good for airport and hotel transfers, barkada trips, wedding and other special occasion car service, among others. For I believe that maintaining the good condition of assets are equally important to earning money.
